This land plot is located near the Orchid Country Club and Lower Seletar Reservoir, and follows the launch of another earlier EC in the area, North Gaia.

In the 2H 2025 GLS (Government Land Sales) announcement, the Miltonia Close EC land parcel was announced directly into the Confirmed List, with a date of Dec 2025 being set for the land parcel to be released for Developer Tender. 

This land plot is located right beside an existing development The Miltonia Residences (TOP : 2014), and near the Orchid Country Club and Lower Seletar Reservoir, and follows the launch of another earlier EC in the area, North Gaia.

It is also of interest to note that as part of the review of land use by golf courses, Orchid Country Club’s lease will not be further renewed after 2030. The current land occupied by Orchid Country Club is now marked as Reserved Land in the Master Plan.
